  • 200 Guest maximum capacity.
  • For One Day Events the venue is available from 10 am the day of until 8 am the following day.
  • For Weekend Events the venue is available from 10 am Friday until 10 am Monday.
  • Off Peak Season – March, June, August, September, November
  • Peak Season – April, May, July, October
  • You will sign a contract. You will also need to provide proof of Event Insurance. If you invite any vendors in, they will also need proof of insurance.
  • Please make sure to clean up the area after your event is finished.
  • 50% of your payment is due upon booking, to secure your date.
  • The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your event. A $400 deposit is also due at this time (this will be returned to you once your event is finished and the area is clean and damage free).
  • Sales Tax will be added after you choose your package and book.
  • We will provide you with a contact list of preferred vendors that we work with. You are free to use these or bring your own.
  • Amenities can be added to the Rustic or Simplicity Package. See our “Add Ons” Flyer for pricing. Ask about the “Wedding Village” Option!
