Love to run, but can’t swim? Grab a friend, family member, or stranger off the street, and form a relay team! Any age or gender combination. Two or three members allowed.

course details
Run down the beach into our 2-acre lake for a 500m open-water swim (OWS) with a guide lane. Then, ride 20k and run 5k through the picturesque rural Millstadt countryside, finishing back on the farm through the race arch. The course is largely flat with a few hills.
We operate under USAT Rules
