Balloon Glow Sponsorship Opportunities*
We are officially launching our sponsor registration for this year’s evening Balloon Glow! Sponsoring a balloon places your custom branding directly on the prime, crowd-facing side of our hot air balloon baskets. Because we only feature sponsor signage on one side per balloon, spaces across our 7 fleet balloons are strictly capped to 24 total sign slots.

Horizon Partner ($600) – Features our largest banner (3′ x 3′) displayed on a hot air balloon basket, along with their logo on our website and RiverBender advertising.
Ascent Partner ($400) – Features a medium large-logo banner (2′ x 3′) on a balloon basket and their logo on our website and RiverBender advertising.
Glow Partner ($300) – Features a medium logo banner (1.5 x 3′) on a balloon basket with website and RiverBender text mentions.
Tether Partner ($200) – Inludes a small logo banner (1′ x 3′) on a balloon basket and Riverbender and website text mentions.
*Fleet Notice
*Hot air balloons are highly weather-dependent. In the event that high winds or rain prevents the balloons from safely inflating for the evening Glow, your sponsorship investment is still fully protected! If Saturday’s Glow is cancelled, we will move it to Sunday. If both days get cancelled, all custom banners will be immediately relocated and prminently displayed inside our Main Event Tent, ensuring your business still receives maximum exposure from our festival crowds and attendees.
In the event that Saturday’s main Glow is postponed to our Sunday rain-date, please note that our fleet sizes change: Saturday features our full 7-balloon fleet, while Sunday features a reduced 3-balloon fleet.
- Priority Placement: Sponsorship sign spaces are allocated on a strict first-come, first-served basis. The earliest registrations are guaranteed basket placement on our Sunday-available balloons.
- Overflow Contingency: If sponsorships exceed our Sunday basket capacities and the event is postponed, your custom basket banner will be prominently displayed as a premier backdrop inside our Main Event Tent, ensuring your business still receives maximum crowd exposure and festival recognition!
